Temporary Shipping Suspension
Australia Post has announced the temporary suspension of deliveries to certain countries. Due to these suspensions, unfortunately we are not currently able to ship Austria and Mexico. As soon as Australia Post has lifted the Covid-19 related suspensions we will start shipping to these countries again. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but can assure you, as soon as we possibly can we will be shipping to these countries again!
Taking care in our current climate
With the current state of COVID-19, we want to reassure our beautiful customers that we are taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including following public health authority recommended guidelines. Our warehouse team
Our incredible warehouse team is taking numerous preventative steps to avoid the spread of the virus, including conducting high frequency deep cleaning and sanitisation processes, working in staggered shifts and strictly following increased social distancing practices. We have also made disinfectant wipes, hand sanitiser and soap available for increased personal protection.
Our office team
As an online business, our amazing office dream team are thankfully in the position to be able to work from home which we are now all doing, and will continue to do so for the extended future. Our team are all set-up to work virtually and are all pleased to be able to do our part, stay at home, and still deliver an exceptional online shopping experience. We can assure you, we are doing everything we can to go above and beyond for our beautiful customers.

And because you have enough to worry about right now, we’ve changed our returns and exchange policies to make life a little easier for you.
In order to work with you and to try to make life as easy as possible, we are now offering exchanges or refunds on orders. We understand that leaving your house right now will be difficult or not possible, so we are extending our returns policy and are willing to be flexible when needed.
We are extending our domestic return policy on all orders placed between March 20th and April 30th 2020. During this time, we will accept returns within 60 days for a full refund and within 90 days for an exchange. Please feel free to reach out to our beautiful customer care team should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be happy to help.
