Sale terms and conditions

Due to the high volume of orders that we receive during a sale please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully prior to ordering.
  • Please read the product and sizing description carefully before purchasing. All sale item purchases are final. 
  • We do not exchange, refund or store credit items purchased on sale. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Due to the high volume of orders that we receive we cannot add to or change any items on the order once we have receive it.
  • Beau Hudson maintains that it is unable to offer pricing amendments on items originally purchased at RRP or in a sale or on any promotional items that are temporarily reduced. Once an item has been purchased at a RRP or discounted sale price, no additional pricing reductions will be offered, should the item be further marked-down.
  • Sale discounts and codes are only available during an advertised sale. Once the sale is over no orders will amended to reflect the sale price if the order was placed outside of the sale timeframe. 
  • If the sale requires a code and it is not entered we can not amend the payment after the sale has been processed. 
  • If stock sells out during a sale or was unavailable at the start of the sale it will not be restocked during the sale.
  • Only one code can be redeemed per transaction. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed when another code is not being used.
  • Free shipping prices may change during a sale.
  • Shipping time frames change during a sale due to the high amount of orders that we receive. We have a maximum 10 business day turn around to ship all orders after a sale.

How long will my order take to ship?

  • When we are not in a sale period* or in a new product release period* we ship next business day! 
  • For all our International customers your order is shipped using a standard service and has an estimated delivery period of 10-14 business days. Please allow for a couple of extra days during the holiday season.
  • International express shipping is valid for International customers at a flat rate of $20.00 and will be delivered within 7-10 business days. 
  • *SALE AND NEW RELEASE SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES - Due to the high amount of orders that we receive during a sale or a new release product drop our shipping time frames change during these periods. We have a maximum 10 business day turn around to ship all orders after a sale or new release product drop.

Do you take pre-orders?

  • Due to the high volume of orders we receive we are unable to take pre-orders. Follow @beau_hudson for all restock and new release dates and times!

Will there be customs and duties fees?

  • Please take into consideration the customs and duties taxes of your country that can be applied to your package in order for you to collect your package. Unfortunately we have no control over these fees, and these fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Beau Hudson are not liable for any customs and duties fees.

When the style/size is not quite right?

  • Not sure on size? View our Size Guide Chart to determine what's best before you buy.
  • If the sizing or style is not quite right we will happily exchange the item or provide you with store credit. For our full exchange policy please see our Terms and Conditions
  • Please see our full exchange policy under 'Terms'. Please apply for an exchange no longer than 30 days from the date of your package being delivered.
  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our customer service team straight away so we can fix this up for you! Please apply for a replacement item no longer than 30 days from the date of your package being delivered. If there is a fault deemed on inspection of your item, we will cover the cost of return postage and a replacement item where possible. 

Can I change my order?

  • Due to the high volume of orders that come in, we are not able to take any emails or requests to combine orders, change orders, or edit them.  Any requests to do this will be declined. Please be sure to input your correct postal address at checkout as we do not accept any responsibility if the incorrect address has be submitted and we have not had time to change it before it ships.

Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes we ship worldwide! Once your package arrives to the country of destination it will transfer over to the local postal service. For example for US residents it will transfer to USPS. Packages are subject to the customs/duties of each country.

How do I track my order? (International Orders)

  • We use Australia Post to ship packages however once your package arrives in your country, Australia Post hands it over to your local postal service and a secondary tracking number will be activated.

    Will my package include tracking?

    • Of course! Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, Beau Hudson accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. 

    Are there any delays in shipping?

    • Shipping delays can be subject to the weather conditions of your area and also the volume of packages that the postal system is processing at the time. These circumstance are completely out of our control.
