A note from BH
It’s forever been our goal to create designer clothing at affordable prices. Embracing our mantra of ‘Vibrant Family Living’ has allowed us to pursue our mission of creating comfortable, fashionable clothing that makes our community feel good about themselves. But as we continue to grow, evolve and enter our 9th year of biz (umm...what?!), global markets are shifting and we have to listen.
From freight to cotton supply, and ensuring the production standards we demand are consistently met, effective Friday 1 July 2022, a few of our ranges will be going up in price. This will allow us to maintain the quality you have come to know and love about Beau Hudson, and ensure you continue receiving the best in family fashion.
We understand that even the smallest price increase can impact day-to-day living, which is why we haven’t had a price increase for several years now even though we’ve met continual rises on our end.
Whilst it feels like the world is changing on many fronts, what hasn’t changed in ours is our commitment to YOU – our BH Fam! Families are the life source of Beau Hudson, and we will never stop creating clothing and a connection that makes yours smile.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY
We pick, pack and process orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and high-demand/sale periods). During a sale or new product drop, allow a max. 10 business days for your order to be processed. For Australian orders, we use StarTack priority delivery, which is an express service. Once shipped, orders will take 24-48 hours to arrive at your door.
For International customers, your order is shipped using a standard service (unless express is selected) and has an estimated delivery period of 12-21 business days depending on destination. Please allow additional days during holiday periods.
We sure do! Once your package arrives to the country of destination it will transfer over to the local postal service. E.g. USA residents will see it transfered to USPS.
Please note, we currently do not ship to Ireland.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your delivery by clicking the link in that email, through Australia Post parcel tracking, the online chatbot and the MyPost App.
Once your order has been dispatched, we accept no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.
We use Australia Post to ship packages however once your package arrives in your country, Australia Post hands it over to your local postal service and a secondary tracking number will be activated. Click here to track an order with Australia Post.
Packages and their contents are subject to the customs laws of each country, and any duties and tax charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Unfortunately we have no control over these fees, and Beau Hudson are not liable for any customs and duties fees.
During a sale or high demand period, we are unable to take any requests to combine orders, change orders or edit them once payment has been processed.
Please be sure to input your correct postal address at checkout as we do not accept any responsibility if the incorrect address has been added.
Sale discounts and codes are only available during an advertised sale. Once the sale finishes, we are unable to amend prices to reflect the sale price. If the sale requires a code and it is not entered at checkout during sale, we cannot amend the payment after the sale has been processed. If stock sells out during a sale or was unavailable at the start of the sale, it will not be restocked during the sale.
Items that are on sale or outlet are considered final sale and are non-refundable, returnable or valid for exchange.
Free shipping prices may change during a sale. Shipping timeframes change during a sale due to the high amount of orders that we receive. We allow a max. 10 business-day turn around to ship all orders after a sale.
Only one code can be used at any given time. Codes are not valid in conjunction with any other code.
Gift Card numbers are separate and can be used alongside a promotional code or Club Beau code. Gift Card numbers are to be entered in the designated area upon checkout.
Codes cannot be retrospectively applied.

Step 1: Look for the pink crown icon on the bottom right corner of the site and sign in.
Step 2: If you have a coupon to redeem, it will show up as Club Coins.
Step 3: Click "redeem" to apply code to your cart (it will also be emailed to you).
Step 4: Get shopping! Your code will automatically appear in your cart or you can save it for later.
Active Club Beau members receive 1 point for every $1 spent when they shop online. Club Beau coins are redeemable in the form of coupon codes to the value of $10 (100 coins accrued), $20 (200 coins accrued) or $30 (300 coins accrued) with no minimum spend. Each coupon code is a unique code that starts with "CB" and is for use at the time of checkout. Coins can not be retrospectively added for past purchases whereby an account isn't active, set up or not signed in prior to placing an order. Club Beau coins and codes can not be combined for a higher value or used in conjunction with any other promotional code.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All sale items purchased are final. We do not exchange, refund or provide a store credit for any item purchased on sale, final sale or outlet. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Beau Hudson maintains that it is unable to offer pricing amendments on items originally purchased at RRP or in a sale or on any promotional items that are temporarily reduced. Once an item has been purchased at a RRP or discounted sale price, no additional pricing reductions will be offered, should the item be further marked-down.
We try our very best to give enough information on sizing (you can refer to each item's size chart on the product page), however, we understand it might not be quite right for you. If so, we will happily exchange the item, recommend another option or provide you with a 110% store credit.
If the item you have received appears to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service team directly; Our team will request photos first and follow our internal two-step QC process before deeming it faulty and contact you with next steps.
