UPDATE TO RETURNS POLICY - Because you have enough to worry about right now, we’ve changed our returns and exchange policies to make life a little easier for you.
In order to work with you and to try to make life as easy as possible, we are now offering exchanges AND refunds on orders. We are extending our return policy to 60 days for a full refund or exchange. Please feel free to reach out to our amazing customer care team should you have any concerns about getting your return product back to us.

Shipping
WE PICK, PACK + SHIP WITHIN 24HRS (except during sales).
We are continuing to ship all orders and process returns without delay; however, you may experience shipping delays with Australia Post.
Australian orders
We offer FREE express shipping on all Australian orders! Once shipped Australian orders will take 24-48 hours to arrive to your door. (Shipping timeframes are advised by our freight carriers).
International orders
We offer FREE standard shipping on all international orders over AUD$99.
Standard shipping timeframes are 7-14 days (shipping timeframes are advised by our freight carrier).
Express shipping is available for a flat fee of AUD$20, and you will receive your order in 2-5 days.
**Due to the current climate and Australia Post delays, International shipping timeframes are approx 20 days**.
